Frequently asked questions
How do offers work?
Post what you need. Our vetted workers send you their price and how long it will take, and you pick the offer you like.
When do I pay?
Only when you accept an offer. You can pay from your wallet or with any payment method.
Is it safe to give you my login?
Your login is encrypted the moment you save it, shown only to the worker assigned to your order, and deleted as soon as the order ends. We play from a VPN in your own city, and you can watch your worker's screen live on your order page. We recommend changing your password once the order is complete.
