Frequently asked questions
How do you complete the cape?
Either by logging in through a VPN set to your city, or by playing on your own PC with Parsec (remote desktop, +25%). Pick the method in the calculator above.
How long does it take?
The Inferno itself takes 1–2 hours, and your order is scheduled within 24 hours of ordering.
What if it isn't done within 24 hours?
If we don't complete your order within 24 hours of ordering, you get the infernal cape for free.
Do you need my bank PIN?
No.
Can the cape be removed, or can I get banned?
The last known cape removals by Jagex happened in November 2020. We've completed over 2,500 capes and haven't had a single removal since 2021. We can't promise 100% since we aren't Jagex, but we're confident in our track record.
Is it safe to give you my login?
Your login is encrypted the moment you save it, shown only to the worker assigned to your order, and deleted as soon as the order ends. We play from a VPN in your own city, and you can watch your worker's screen live on your order page. We recommend changing your password once the order is complete.
