Terms of Service

Draft. rProGP must review this page before launch.

Prices and payment

All prices are in OSRS gold. The value in your currency is an estimate based on our current gold rate. The real-money amount you pay is fixed when you place the order and stays valid for the time shown at checkout.

Wallet

Your wallet balance is held in gold and can be spent on anything on rProGP. Refunds for cancelled services are returned to your wallet.

Services on your account

Login details you provide are encrypted, shown only to the worker assigned to your order, and deleted when the order ends. We recommend changing your password after a service is completed.

Disputes

If something isn't right, open a dispute from your order page before confirming it. Orders are completed automatically if you don't respond after the worker finishes.
